How to brew coffee in a drip? Step by step:
- Thoroughly rinse the filter with high-temperature water – a simple trick that eliminates any possible paper taste and allows the coffee beans to extract their full flavour.
- Place the filter in the dripper and set it steadily on the server or mug of your choice – this is the base for the perfect brew.
- Pour in freshly ground, coarse-grained coffee suitable for the pour-over method.
- Pour 90-95°C water over the coffee, slowly, to bring out all the aromatic notes.
- Wait 3-4 minutes for the coffee to flow through the filter and you will get your perfect dose of caffeinated elixir.
