Coffee Broastery. Freshly roasted, aromatic whole bean coffee from Guatemala. 100% speciality arabica
Guatemala Peña Roja Speciality is a high-quality Arabica whole-bean coffee from Huehuetenango, located in western Guatemala – one of the world’s most esteemed coffee-growing regions. Grown at altitudes over 1350 m.a.s.l. The rich climate of the region and responsible processing methods result in a coffee with a clean and balanced character.
The beans arrive at the roastery in GrainPro bags that protect them from oxygen and moisture. As a result, their fresh aromas are preserved right up to the point of roasting, which is carried out artisanally in small batches. This gives us a coffee with a distinct sweetness and an elegant, fruity-nutty profile. It performs beautifully in pour-over brewing methods, but also shines as a light espresso (single shot) or with milk (flat white, cappuccino).

Artisan roased coffee at CoffeeBroastery.com
We roast our fresh coffee beans to a medium-light level (3 out of 5) to highlight their natural sweetness and creamy body, while maintaining pleasant flavour balance. This roast profile works brilliantly for both espresso machines and alternative brewing methods.
All of our coffees are roasted to order, in small batches, so they reach you at their best: full-flavoured, aromatic, and ready to brew right after opening the bag.
The first time we cupped this coffee at the roastery, there was complete silence – everyone focused on its incredible harmony. Marzipan warmth, silky sweetness, and a hint of fruit – nothing excessive, just perfectly balanced. After a brief pause, we all nodded in agreement: “This is the Guatemala we truly love.”
Guatemala Peña Roja doesn’t just taste great – it stays with you.
