If balanced, gently sweet coffees with mild fruity and nutty notes make your heart beat faster – then Coffee Broastery Guatemala Peña Roja is just for you. This speciality Arabica comes from mountain farms in the Huehuetenango region – one of the most respected coffee origins in Guatemala and all of Central America.

Grown above 1350 m a.s.l., this coffee matures in a favourable microclimate, which gives the beans a refined and complex character. Thanks to washed processing and storage in GrainPro bags, the green beans arrive at our roastery optimally preserved and protected. Carefully roasted in small batches, Guatemala Peña Roja retains its full aroma profile right up to the moment of brewing.

It’s not often that Cuban coffee appears in the speciality scene – but Coffee Broastery Cuba Sierra Maestra proves it’s worth it. Grown in the mountains of Sierra Maestra in southern Cuba, these beans come from tropical conditions between 600-1000 m a.s.l..

The Typica varietal thrives here, resulting in a slow-developing, dessert-like character. Washed processing and artisan roasting to a medium-light level bring out its velvety texture, moderate body and low acidity. You’ll find rich chocolate, warming spices, and creamy toffee in the cup.
