Artisan roased coffee at CoffeeBroastery.com
We roast our fresh coffee beans to a medium-light level (3 out of 5) to highlight their natural sweetness and creamy body, while maintaining pleasant flavour balance. This roast profile works brilliantly for both espresso machines and alternative brewing methods.
All of our coffees are roasted to order, in small batches, so they reach you at their best: full-flavoured, aromatic, and ready to brew right after opening the bag.
During one of our morning cupping sessions, as soon as Kenya Nyeri hit the table, we immediately recognised the characteristic aroma of blackcurrant and tea. In the cup – clean, elegant, with a pleasant honeyed background.
This is one of those coffees that tells the story of the place it comes from – a warm ray of sunlight over Mount Kenya captured in a cup.
