Coffee Broastery Brazil Guaxupe Premium – a classic Brazilian arabica

Brazil Guaxupe Premium is a coffee that perfectly reflects the character of Brazilian plantations from the Minas Gerais region. The beans come from the area around Guaxupé – a region known for producing stable, clean and exceptionally enjoyable speciality coffees, appreciated by roasteries and baristas all over the world.

The coffee is processed using the natural method, which helps preserve its natural sweetness and full flavour. A medium light roast highlights the creamy body and classic chocolate‑nut character, without overpowering the subtle fruity freshness.

Craft roasting at CoffeeBroastery.com

We roast our coffee to a medium-light level (3 on a 5-point scale) to highlight natural sweetness and creamy body without losing balance and pleasant nuances. This roast works equally well for espresso and alternative brewing methods.

All our coffees are roasted fresh, in small batches, to reach you in optimal condition. The best flavour qualities develop after a minimum of 7 days from the roast date – following a natural degassing process that stabilises the profile and allows the aroma and balance to fully shine.

Brazil Guaxupe is a coffee that perfectly captures what we value most in Brazilian coffees – calmness, balance and natural sweetness. It is stable, smooth and very forgiving to brew. The kind of coffee we reach for ourselves every day.

Turkish coffee – a traditional recipe for coffee from a cezve pot

Turkish coffee – a traditional recipe for coffee from a cezve pot

Turkish coffee is one of the oldest and most ritualistic methods of brewing coffee in the world. Thick, intense, with its characteristic foam and a noticeable sediment at the bottom of the cup – for some it is the taste of childhood, for others an exotic curiosity discovered while travelling. It is also a way of preparing coffee that requires attentiveness and patience, and in return offers a full, deep body and an exceptionally concentrated aroma. Unlike filter methods or espresso, the coffee here is not filtered – we drink it whole, together with the finely ground particles that give it its distinctive character. Turkish coffee is not just a drink, but a small ritual that you can easily bring into your own kitchen.

Coffee acidity and bitterness – how to choose the perfect beans for your taste
