Coffee Broastery Brazil Mogiana Premium – classic 100% arabica from Brazil

Coffee Broastery Brazil Mogiana Premium is a coffee that perfectly reflects the character of Brazilian arabicas – calm, harmonious and well balanced. The beans come from the Mogiana region in the state of São Paulo, one of the most highly regarded coffee-growing areas in Brazil, known for its consistent quality and natural sweetness.

The coffee undergoes natural processing, allowing it to retain its full flavour, creamy texture and smooth character. The profile is dominated by notes of chocolate, milk and roasted hazelnuts, complemented by a gentle, sweet finish. This is a coffee that works perfectly both as a daily choice and as a solid base for milk-based drinks.

Brazil Mogiana Premium is an example of a coffee that does not need extremes to impress – its strength lies in balance, clarity and versatility.

Craft roasting at CoffeeBroastery.com

We roast our coffee to a medium-light level (3 on a 5-point scale) to highlight natural sweetness and creamy body without losing balance and pleasant nuances. This roast works equally well for espresso and alternative brewing methods.

All our coffees are roasted fresh, in small batches, to reach you in optimal condition. The best flavour qualities develop after a minimum of 7 days from the roast date – following a natural degassing process that stabilises the profile and allows the aroma and balance to fully shine.

Brazil Mogiana Premium is a coffee that doesn’t try to dominate – instead, it offers calm, balance and pure drinking pleasure. Exactly the kind of coffee we look for in our everyday cup.
